Tenpo started when we saw how much time youth sports coaches were spending on administrative work instead of coaching. Hours wasted on spreadsheets, manual payment tracking, and fielding the same registration questions over and over.
At the same time, parents were struggling to find quality programs. They'd spend hours researching camps, trying to figure out which ones were legitimate, and juggling multiple registration systems.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we built Tenpo—a marketplace and operating system that connects coaches with families and handles all the administrative work automatically.
We’re building toward a future where every coach can grow with confidence and every family can easily find the right training opportunities for their athlete.
